AFTER SCHOOL CAN BE DIFFERENT.

For many kids with ADHD and executive-function challenges, the hardest part of the day doesn't end when the school bell rings.Homework can become a battle. Backpacks get disorganized. Directions need to be repeated. Big emotions can take over. Friendships can be complicated. And parents can feel like they're constantly reminding, redirecting, and managing.BOOST HQ was created to make those after-school hours more purposeful.
Through structure, movement, encouragement, social connection, and intentional skill-building, kids practice the executive-function, behavioral, and social-emotional skills they need to become more confident and independent — while still getting to be kids.

Built for the Whole Child

We focus on academic support, creativity, and movement to foster confidence and social-emotional growth.

Choice + Structure

Children rotate through engaging zones with autonomy while still having clear structure, supervision, and purpose.

We build executive functioning, independence, problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication.

A Place Kids Want to Be

An energetic, welcoming environment designed to feel uniquely different from school and traditional childcare.

READY TO GIVE AFTER SCHOOL A BOOST?

Designed by a Professional School Counselor

CREATED WITH PURPOSE. BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE.

BOOST HQ was created by a professional school counselor with firsthand experience supporting children with ADHD, executive-function challenges, behavioral needs, and social-emotional development.

That experience shaped a different kind of after-school program — one where homework, movement, games, creativity, friendships, and everyday routines become opportunities to practice the skills kids need to succeed at school, at home, and in life.

At BOOST HQ, the goal isn't perfection. It's progress: helping kids build stronger habits, greater confidence, better self-regulation, and increasing independence over time.
